Desperately Seeking Foster Homes

We feel that the best option for our dogs is live in a foster home before they find their forever homes but are currently short of fosterers. Foster placements can be for an agreed fixed period or on an ongoing basis. San Animal will cover all the expenses associated with the dog (vets bills, food etc) and can also arrange to provide holiday cover. Please consider taking a dog into your home – you can change its life.

If you would like to meet our dogs or be a fosterer please call or WhatsApp us on our dedicated phone - 675 46 76 47 - through our Facebook page 'San Animal Santuario' or via email to admin@sananimal.org

Hope – a medium sized older dog – estimated around 6 years old. Has Leishmaniasis which is currently under control with daily pills. Loves being with other dogs.

Raika - is fully vaccinated, chipped and ready for her forever home. She was found on a beach in a box with 4 siblings at only 6 weeks old. Born in mid-February 2019 she is a large dog at already 55cm height to her shoulder. She has a gorgeous curly type coat but does not shred. Raika has a very sweet gentle easy-going nature and loves to be cuddled. She walks well on a lead but as a puppy still requires further behaviour training but is a quick learner. Raika gets on well with other dogs and cats and enjoys the company of people.

Monthly Dog Walk

Our monthly dog walk starts at 10.00 am at our shelter just outside Aguilas, usually the first Sunday. You can bring your own dog or walk one of our shelter dogs and then join us for coffee and snacks. Contact us on 675 467 647 if you would like more details.

Capitan

German Shepherd approximately 2 years old. A very friendly and affectionate dog, that would need plenty of exercise and further training on the lead.

Nala

Comes from a home environment. She will be 2 years old in March. Size approximately 42 cm tall. Nala is a lovely natured little girl that just wants to be loved. She enjoys lots of cuddles and  long walks. Best suited on her own as doesnt get on with all dogs.

Ben
